Hey everybody! It’s good to be typing to you again. I haven’t written in a long time because I was getting some help from a friend with my blog site. I got the help I needed and was getting ready to get back hard at it and -

A few friends and I ran in the Warrior Dash a couple Saturdays ago and on the second obsticle I tore my right bicep, tore it right off the bone. It hurt like a son-of-a when it happened, but ironically doesn’t hurt at all now. The only time is does hurt is when I try to lift something with that arm.
Anyway, I will be going in early Wednesday morning to get the muscle/tendon reattached. The surgeon has told me I will be in a cast for the next 6-8 weeks and then will have several months of rehab. We’ll see about all of that.
I want you all to stay tuned in here though because I will be doing a lot more video now that I won’t be able to type. Also, I want you to see that a significant injury doesn’t have to mean disaster to your eating and exercise goals. This injury will not do a thing to my goals. I will have to adjust, but that is all.
